Most yards in Bryan Place are looking great! You all are making the Yard of the Month choice challenging to pick. When I was walking on San Jacinto, I glanced down one of the cul-de-sacs and noticed a landscape that required a closer look. Rick Mazola’s yard at 3323 San Jacinto is a smorgasbord of rocks, plants, art and pottery to name a few. The arched flagstone alleyway off the driveway and behind the landscape sets a quaint and peaceful atmosphere of a place you would like to sit and enjoy.
A “mini” rainforest setting has various plants tucked in the strategically placed moss-covered rocks and boulders, yard art and pottery providing an eclectic mix and other interesting things stand amongst the multi-leveled rocks.
Thank you, Rick, for such a wonderful landscape that contributes in keeping Bryan Place a desirable neighborhood to live. With everyone’s efforts in keeping their curb appeal can only have a positive future for Bryan Place.
Tip of the month: Plant seasonal annuals, such as marigolds and ornamental peppers, for fall color.
