Newsletter accepting ads for first half of 2012

To place commercial advertising (an ad generally designed to generate revenue and not solely to benefit the neighborhood, BPNA pool association, or Exall Park) in the BPNA newsletter, please submit your request to the treasurer*.
Upon acceptance, you will be informed where and how to submit your payment and advertisement. The BPNA board reserves the right to accept or decline your request.
Ads are sold on sixth month basis* at the total rate of $150* and should be paid for with your request and prior to being published. Requests are accepted up to the first of November to be published the first six months of the following year and up to June to be published the final six months of the current year*.
Ads are limited to the size of a business card*. Content and graphics of the ad remains static (unchanged) for six months unless a request is submitted to editor before the due date of the next publication**. Ads are published in black and white*; however the issue appearing on the BPNA website will be in color.
Placement of ads in the newsletter is subject to seniority and available space. Seniority is established when payment is received with your request and uninterrupted, consecutive months advertising in the newsletter. Please make your preference known when submitting your request. If you prefer your ad to be placed on the back page of the newsletter, please understand that this is based on seniority. Floating ads (ads placed within available space in the newsletter) will be placed in the most strategic location the editor finds each month. The editor will attempt to place a floating ad in the location you request, however please understand it is the editor’s discretion to place it in the
most aesthetic location each issue. Tenured ads will always have first consideration*. Every attempt will be made to prevent ads for competitive businesses from being placed next to one another or on the same page, but this type of placement is not implied or guaranteed.
*Subject to changes accepted by the BPNA board.
** Subject to discretion of the current newsletter editor
