All residents and businesses within the Bryan Place boundary are eligible to join the Bryan Place Neighborhood Association (BPNA). Both OWNERS and RENTERS

DUES
On November 1, 2005 the neighborhood association voted to increase the standard annual membership dues $50 per household.  However, for those residents wanting to contribute at a level above the standard $50.00 dues, to allow for extras and a budget cushion, we would appreciate the extra amount and we have provided a recommendation to multiple property owners to join at the $100.00 level. It does not matter if you are a homeowner or a renter, the BPNA needs all residents to join. Please send your dues AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to Membership, Heather Bradford, 3220 Lakenheath Pl, Dallas Texas 75204. If convenient dues may be dropped off at her home 214-823-6695
