September 21st , Dinner on the Town at Tucker

Dinner on the Town this month will be on Thursday, September 21st.  We are very honored to be guests at Tucker!  A few weeks ago in the mail, Bryan Place residents received the new BAR-RESTAURANT MENU from Tucker.  Attached to the menu was a "50% off any pizza" coupon for Bryan Place neighbors, and the restaurant has agreed to extend the offer through our night on the town.  In addition, we will be able to enjoy drinks at happy hour prices throughout our meal.  Not sure what you did with your coupon?  Don't worry about it, I'm sure we will have a few extras.  Those not hungry for pizza can satisfy every mood and appetite ranging from Vidalia Onion Soup and House Salad to a Tucker Kobe Beef Burger; from Australian Lamb to Bourbon Glazed Prime Ribeye.

If you have not been to Tucker, located at 3113 Ross Avenue, you are in for a treat.  " TUCKER \tek-er\ n (ca. 1688) 1: an exclusive automobile, of which only 51 were produced in 1948  2: chiefly Australian: slang for FOOD  3: an unique spot for dining in Dallas, Texas."  Many know it as the perfect spot for a cocktail and casual bite on your way home from work.  You will feel very comfortable and relaxed with the warm interior, roaring fireplace, rich woods, and historical decor.

All Bryan Place neighbors, come on out and celebrate the first day of fall, a day early!  We'll be gathered out on the patio in anticipation of great weather around 6:30 for cocktails and 7:00 for dinner.  Parking is not an issue with ample free parking and complimentary valet.  Again, please RSVP to voicemail (972) 949-2258 or e-mail cotton@coldwellbanker.com.

A little history; originally built in 1916 as the Interurban Building Train Station, the structure has
been revitalized with lofts above and the market, cafe, and full service bar down stairs. Come with
your shopping lists as the market is a full grocery store with competitive pricing. Since the market is

Dinner on the Town at Sunset Lounge - Wed, March 22nd!!!

Bryan Place residents have been invited for a special evening at the
Sunset Lounge. Please mark your calendars for March 22nd, at
6:30 PM as Sunset Lounge has offered residents a complementary
appetizer and entrée for our March "Dinner on the Town"
event. The lounge is located at 3030 Ross Avenue @ Liberty
Street, just walking distance for most Bryan Place residents! Unlike
the former inhabitants for 3030 Bryan Street, Sunset offers not only a full-service premium
cocktail bar but a full-service restaurant with a bistro-style menu which features Italian appetizers,
salads, flatbread pizzas, and panini sandwiches. The clean, linear décor with tangerine,
chocolate brown, and burnt orange coloring offers a comfortable environment giving
patrons plenty of room to socialize while standing or sitting. If you could, please RSVP with
Cotton at cotton.mendenhall@cbdfw.com. It’s not necessary, but would it would be appreciated!
